I was very happy with the vanilla gluten free cake with raspberry mouse filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. The raspberry kept the frosting from being too sweet. They cake was moist and no one could tell it wasn't make with wheat flour! The decorations were beautiful and exactly what I requested. Very happy with the cake and will order again!
