WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

We appreciate as much notice as possible, but require at least 5 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule custom or special orders. 
  • If you are postponing your event, please give us a call at (978) 562-5938, and we will gladly move your order to a future date.
  • If you need to cancel your order, and your pickup date is 5 or more days away, we will issue a store credit in the amount of your payment.
  • If you need to cancel your order within 5 days of pickup, we will issue a store credit in the amount of 50% of any payments made.
  • No refunds of any kind within 48 hrs of pickup.

Our cookie business is run both online, and from our new brick and mortar location at 25 South Street, Hudson, MA. Our hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 9a-5p. Stop by and say hello!

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely! Just email or call us and we will assist you to make your shopping experience easy and fast.

DO YOU EVER SUBSTITUTE BOX STYLES OR CONTENTS?

We will make every effort to fulfill your exact order. However, we reserve the right to substitute box /ribbon color and/or baked good variety for something comparable.

DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Certainly. When you are on the Shipping Options page at checkout, you will be asked if you need to ship your order to multiple different addresses. If your order is complicated and you have many addresses to send to, feel free to email or call us with your list and we will do the work for you.

DO YOU SELL JUST EMPTY BOXES?

We are sorry to tell you, no – we don’t sell boxes on their own. We only sell them filled with Harvard Sweet Boutique products, and decorated with beautiful hand-tied ribbons and embellishments. It’s important to us that the packages be associated only with our high-quality baked goods, so that every person that opens one up for the first time will always connect that packaging with our cookies, brownies and truffles.

HOW SHOULD I SERVE, SAVE AND STORE HARVARD SWEET BOUTIQUE’S DESSERTS?

Harvard Sweet Boutique’s desserts are made fresh to order without preservatives. Here are some recommendations for serving and storing them:
COOKIES:
Our cookies taste best when eaten the same day they are received. If you do not plan to eat them right away, store them in an airtight zip-lock bag in the freezer. Never refrigerate our cookies as they will dry out. They can be warmed in a microwave (10 seconds if thawed, 25-30 seconds if frozen), or reheated in an oven preheated to 325 degrees for 1-3 minutes.
BROWNIES:
Our brownies can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be stored in an airtight zip-lock bag in the freezer. The double fudge brownies can be warmed in a microwave (10 seconds if thawed, 25-30 seconds if frozen), or reheated in an oven preheated to 325 degrees for 1-3 minutes.
TOFFEE:
Keeps in refrigerator for up to one month. Please do not freeze!

DO YOU USE NUTS OR NUT PRODUCTS IN YOUR BAKED GOODS?

Some of our products do contain nuts. Due to the nature of our baking process we cannot guarantee that our baked goods have not come into contact with some form of nut or nut oil ingredient. Therefore, we suggest that if you have an allergic reaction to any nut-based ingredient, that you refrain from purchasing our baked goods.

DO YOU HAVE A PICTURE CATALOG?

We do not currently have a catalog but our website is a great resource.

I LOVE YOUR SELECTION OF GIFT BOXES. WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR RIBBONS?

Our ribbon selections change frequently. We have ribbons that will complement each season, occasion, or special event. Please allow us to use our creative abilities to personalize your gift at our discretion. If you have a color preference or special request, please state it in the “Order Notes” on the Shopping Cart page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes since UPS requires a street address on every package they deliver and is not allowed to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED?

We send a shipping confirmation on every order to the contact e-mail address you list on your order.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of the U.S.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA AND HAWAII?

Yes, using Second-Day or Next-Day air. An additional surcharge of $10.00 will be added to the shipping cost.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All gift packages are shipped from Hudson, MA.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please call us toll free at 1-888-5SWEETS (1-888-579-3387) and we will do our best to assist you. Note: Your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been packed for shipping.

IF MY CREDIT CARD WASN’T CHARGED, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order ships out. When you receive an e-mail confirmation, you will know your order has been shipped.
