Teal Stripes Cake with Chocolate Frosting and Raspberry Mousse Filling

The cake was awesome! It was beautifully decorated and tasted so good! I picked it up on a Saturday for a birthday dinner on Monday, and the cake lost none of its freshness over the intervening 2 days.
